About
Barnet Radio is an online community talk radio station that aims to get residents talking about all things Barnet from business, health & well being to community initiatives, local politics, and sports.
Besides getting Barnet residents engaged with what’s going on around them, the station also aims to create opportunities for residents (especially those aged between 16 and 24 that are NEET, ex-offenders or at risk of offending, care leavers and those from disadvantaged backgrounds and ethnic minority communities) interested in a career in radio.
We would also like Barnet Radio to be an opportunity for those that studied media and are interested in gaining meaningful work experience to get it.
